Terms of Sale

1. Who we are
Keero Maps ("we", "us") sells printable map posters as digital files through this website, keeromaps.pages.dev. You can reach us at keeromaps@gmail.com.
2. What you are buying
Every poster is a digital download: five high-resolution JPG files (300 dpi) in one ZIP, covering the common print ratios from A5 to A1, 4x6 to 24x36 inches, and 11x14 inches. No physical print, frame or shipping is included. You print it yourself, at a local print shop or with any online print service.
Wedding maps are different: they are custom, made-for-you digital items. After you pay, you send us your names, dates and up to six event places on a form. We email you a finished invitation card (PNG and PDF) and a guest phone link, usually within 48 hours of receiving your details. One free round of corrections is included. The guest link stays active for at least 12 months after delivery. The card and link are for your own wedding and may not be resold.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹), US dollars ($) or Thai baht (฿) and you pay in the currency you choose at checkout. Every group of three posters in your cart automatically gets our set price. The total shown in your cart and on the payment page is the total you pay.
Payments are handled by Razorpay (rupees) and Stripe (dollars and baht). We never see or store your card number. Your bank or card issuer may add its own currency conversion or card fees.
4. Delivery
As soon as your payment is confirmed you are taken to an order page with a download button for each poster you bought. Download links last 24 hours; if one has expired, reload your order page to get fresh ones. Keep your order page's address, it is your order link. If you lose it, write to us from the email you paid with and we will help.
5. Your licence
When you buy a poster you get a personal, non-exclusive licence to:
- print it for yourself, for your home, or as a gift, at home or through any print service, as many times as you like;
- frame and display it.
You may not resell, share, upload, or give away the digital files, and you may not use them to make products for sale (prints, cards, merchandise, templates or similar) without our written permission. We keep the copyright in all designs.
6. Colours and print results
Colours look different on every screen and every printer, and paper changes them again. We cannot promise that a print will match what you see on your screen. For the best result, choose "actual size" or 100% when printing, so nothing is cropped or stretched.
7. Map accuracy
Our maps are drawn from open data (OpenStreetMap contributors and OpenFreeMap; country outlines from Natural Earth). Real places change and open data can be incomplete, so a map may miss recent changes. The posters are art, not for navigation. On Divine Art posters the pin is placed at the site's published coordinates and the artwork above it is illustrative.
8. Refunds
Please read our Refund Policy. It is part of these terms.
9. Our responsibility
We work hard to deliver files that open and print well. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as printing costs. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
